Ben Affleck was seen talking to local cops, but a source is speaking exclusively Us Weekly that the Oscar winner is not in legal trouble.

“Ben has spoken to the police who are currently in his neighborhood because he lives outside the mandatory evacuation zone,” said a source familiar with the situation.
