
Timothée Chalamet revealed he was fined $79 after riding an electric bike to the London premiere of his new film, Complete unknown.
The Oscar nominee, 29, was pictured posing in a smart navy suit on the back of a green and white Lime bike as she attended the premiere on Tuesday (January 14) at the BFI Southbank. Guest appearance in a French talk show Daily on Wednesday, January 15, Chalamet said he opted for the mode of transportation because of a traffic jam that threatened to disrupt his performance.
However, his highly relative moment did not come without risks. The actor revealed he was fined £65 – roughly $79 – for not parking his bike properly.
“There was a traffic jam and I wasn’t actually allowed to park there and I got a £65 fine,” Chalamet said on Wednesday, according to a clip released via X.
He quipped: “It’s actually terrible because it was an advertisement for them,” referring to the company Lime, which operates electric bikes in the British capital at a subsidized price to get people around the city.
After his talk show appearance on Wednesday, Wonka star enjoyed a sweet Parisian date with his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner27.
The pair were spotted holding hands during a night out in the City of Love, according to photos posted by Page Six.
According to media reports, cameras caught Jenner (27) and Chalamet (29) entering the Royal Monceau Hotel after dinner at a fancy restaurant. Jenner looked très chic in a black halter jumpsuit, while her beau wore dark jeans, a white shirt, a multicolored coat and a bird’s-tooth hat.
Earlier this month, Jenner attended the Golden Globe Awards in support of Chalamet, who was nominated for Best Actor for his role Bob Dylan in Complete unknown. The two stole a kiss during the ceremony, sitting next to each other at a table with Chalamet’s costar Elle Fanning and Elle’s sister Dactor Fanning.
Jenner posed photos with the Fannings and also took out his camera and took a picture of Chalamet at his big dinner. Later, Jenner and Chalamet were seen posing for photos at the Beverly Hilton with stars including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and socializing with other guests.
Jenner and Chalamet were first linked in April 2023 and also attended last year’s Golden Globes.
