Two weeks after the announcement of the birth of the second child, Sophia Grace Brownlee share an update.
On the fifth of January, Brownlee announced that her second child, a girl, was born on December 29.
Brownlee is now releasing her daughter’s name.
On January 19, the social media star, who became known to the world after appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show In 2011, she shared a photo of herself and her little girl standing in front of a wall decorated with balloons and flowers.
Her name, Athena Rose, was written on the balloons.
Her middle name is apparently a nod to her cousin, Rosie McClellandwhich went viral along with Brownlee almost 14 years ago.
After announcing Athena’s birth, Rosie commented below a video she posted two days later: “I love her so much. Proud of you.”
Rosie later shared a photo on her account of herself sitting next to Brownlee and Athena.
“Life with you lately is so special and I’m so proud of you, my cousin, my best friend!”
In her latest YouTube videoRosie called Brownlee’s birth “a shock because she went into labor early” but added that Athena is “beautiful”.
“She’s literally the best mom in the world,” Rosie said, acknowledging that Brownlee has a video of herself giving birth that she shared with Rosie.
“I’ve got baby fever,” Rosie said, but added that she wanted to wait until her late twenties before having children.
Athena joins her older brother, who Brownlee gave birth to in February 2023.
