The products were distributed to the stores across the country, but they “predominantly placed in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut regions during the weeks of October 13, 2024 to February 14, 2025,” the company said.

The recall applies only to packages with 02092024 as a code code, it is said. It was not clear how many bags accidentally contain milk chocolate products.

“We immediately informed all the retail that bought this lot number of this recall and instructed them to review their stock or remove any potentially affected product on their shelves,” Kayco said.
Anyone who has a product with this code “can return the product to a loan or return. If the consumer experiences an allergic reaction, they are asked to report to the doctor,” the statement said.
