Southern charm‘with Madison LeCroy always sharing her tips and tricks when it comes to her diet and fitness routines.
LeCroy started it wellness trip completing the 75 Soft Challenge in the summer of 2024 and before moving on to the 75 Hard Challenge for 2025. Both the 75 Soft and 75 Hard fitness challenges are author and entrepreneur creations Andy Frisella. The programs encourage participants to adhere to six strict lifestyle rules for 75 days.
As part of the 75 challenges in question, LeCroy performed Pilates exercises, cold plunges, sauna sweats and other exercises. Although LeCroy has done her fair share of classes at the gym, she also has a state-of-the-art home gym where she does most of her training.
In addition to the fitness aspect, LeCroy also implemented healthy recipes into her diet, including her big salad for breakfast. Most of the reality star’s creations are alternatives to classic junk food options.

Motivation for the New Year

As LeCroy embarked on her New Year’s fitness resolution, she shared some motivating words of encouragement for those who have struggled.
“It’s the first week of January where we’re all like, ‘Okay, I’m done with this, I’m done with dry January, I’m done with eating healthy and exercising every day.’ But we will continue,” she said in January 2024 TikTok video. “We’re going to be strong, we’re going to be healthy – that’s the main key to all of this.”
LeCroy then shared what her daily workout consisted of: stretching, running on the treadmill, a 45-minute sauna, and a three-minute plunge into the cold.
Outside the wagon
The Bravo personality opened up on TikTok to reveal how she got off the diet.
“Can I tell you what I ate today? So I exercised, sat in the sauna, lost some more weight. Then I had a big Philly cheesesteak, a foot and a half long, with a side of six wings medium well or hot, with blue cheese. I literally stuck a straw in the blue cheese and drank it with—” she recalled in January 2024. TikTok. “Last night I had a tuna sandwich with bread and a Mountain Dew.”
In the video’s caption, LeCroy added that she wanted to grieve in “peace.”
Fresh cheese team

LeCroy introduced her followers to one of her go-to snacks that she likes to make with veggies and cottage cheese.
“If you don’t like cottage cheese, pull up and grow up,” LeCroy joked in April 2024. TikTok. “I heard someone else say that and I said, ‘Sure.’ So what I would usually do is cottage cheese, and then at the end I’ll add red pepper flakes, truffle salt — which I’m obsessed with. I add some vegetables. If you really want to add more protein to this, you could make a hard-boiled egg.”
While LeCroy didn’t want to spend time cooking the eggs, she added all the baking spices to give her dish a little crunch.
Beauty Sleep Prep
Along with diet and exercise, LeCroy also makes restful sleep a priority. In April 2024 TikTokshe showed her recipe for a drink she likes to drink before bed.
“I make my mocktail for a sleepy girl. Tart cherry juice, this is the one I like,” she said as she held a bottle of the drink towards the camera. “You all know I’ve been doing this since January. It got a little heavy… on the magnesium.”
LeCroy added that adding some cherries gives the drink more of a cocktail feel.
Baking accidents

LeCroy showed herself to her followers in May 2024 TikTok that they will make a cake using a boxed mix from the store.
“Okay, let’s make a cake, yellow with chocolate frosting. There’s nothing skinny about this,” she teased before he joined her husband Brett Randle. “Fun fact, Brett is a baker…so he despises that I actually make (from a box) and not from scratch.”
While making the cake mix, LeCroy realized she didn’t have enough eggs and had to send Randle to borrow some from a neighbor. After securing the eggs, LeCroy and Randle found themselves in yet another baking disaster as the cake began to fall apart while they were icing it.
“This looks like a cake from Matilda. It went well last time,” she said. “It all depends on the taste, it’s a lava cake!”
Rocky Start
As LeCroy began her journey with 75 Soft, she faced some challenges as she embarked on a new lifestyle transition.
“The second day I’m on 75 Soft, I know you’ve heard of 75 Hard, but let’s be honest. I’m not going to go 75 days through the summer and on vacation and not drink a pina colada,” LeCroy said in June 2024. TikTok video. “So my problem with this is water intake. I measured my size and height and I should be taking in 96 ounces of water a day, which is six pounds. I feel like I’m going to drown.”
LeCroy joked that she felt like she was “poisoned” from drinking so much liquid. Although the reality star shared her frustration with the task, she admitted she knew she would be “happy” when they started seeing the results.
Obtaining salt

LeCroy was candid about why she’s not afraid to add a healthy amount of salt and other spices to her meals.
“I put salt everywhere,” she said in June 2024 TikTok. “I know people think, ‘That’s bad for you.’ But I think if you sweat and go to the sauna and all that stuff, you can get away with a little salt. It won’t kill you.”
Try again
LeCroy was making another recipe for a healthy snack and wanted to include an ingredient she doesn’t normally like.
“I’ll be completely honest with you. I’m not a fan of plain yogurt,” she admitted in August 2024 TikTok. “It tastes like sour cream to me, but I’m trying to get better.”
Although LeCroy wasn’t a fan of the smell of yogurt, she decided to make a honey, granola and berry parfait. After taking a bite, LeCroy was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted.
Cleansing with fasting

In August 2024, LeCroy participated in a five-day Prolon program that mimicked a fasting diet and gave her followers updates on how she was doing.
“I did this probably three times a year. I’m going out of town, so I have to lean out,” said ua TikTok while preparing one of Prolon’s soups. “You get crackers (with the meal), so I like to break them up and I’ll share because I only get soup for dinner.”
ua accompanying videoLeCroy shared that she doesn’t usually do intense exercise while on the cleanse, but she will do her typical cold sessions. On the third day, LeCroy admitted that this was the “hardest day” of the program and that she made a “mistake” with the weigh-in.
“I only lost a kilo and a half, and you don’t see that weight until you wake up on the sixth day because it’s only five days,” she thought in TikTok. “The reason the third day is quite difficult is because you’re kind of restricted… you don’t get olives and you only get tea instead of snacks.”
After he finished cleaning, LeCroy announced on social networks celebrate.
“Abs checked. Thank god,” she said in the video, showing off her toned stomach. “Now I can get high on vacation and enjoy all the food and drink I can eat.”
Comfort Food Dupes
LeCroy always has a few recipes up her sleeve that mimic some of her favorite dishes, one of which is mac and cheese.
“So I’m going to make something that’s not healthy, but it’s better than macaroni and cheese as far as health goes,” she said in August 2024. TikTok. “There’s still a lot of cream and cheese and all the Southern stuff that every pot and their mom has. It’s a zucchini casserole.”
The TV personality noted that she usually slices six zucchinis before cooking them, then mixes them with cream, cheese and spices. Once the meal was ready, LeCroy paired the dish with a salad.
Guilt-free snacks

LeCroy wanted something to eat after dinner.
“I’ll make kale. Don’t swipe up yet because I promise you this is (good),” she said in September 2024. TikTok while she was filling her bowl with kale. “It dehydrates because we’re going to use a deep fryer. You could use an oven, but this is just the way.”
Before tossing the leafy greens into the fryer, LeCroy sprayed the kale with olive oil, salt and ranch seasoning cooking spray. LeCroy stated that she thinks this recipe is “better than popcorn” and tastes like a “cool ranch Dorito.”
Her kitchen utensils
In January 2025, LeCroy shared on her Instagram Story that she did starting at 75 Hard challenge and wanted to give fans a glimpse of what her meal planning entails.
“Nothing fancy! The meals I share are exactly what they look like. If you see a turkey patty, it’s straight from the grocery store — no secret recipes, no homemade sauces, and definitely no lettuce fresh from my garden (because I don’t have any!),” she wrote at the time. “I simply prepare food and meals that I enjoy, especially when I’m working on a program like 75 Hard. I’m glad you’re all excited about it!”
