Khloe Kardashian and her ex-husband, Lamar Odomthey will come face to face in the upcoming episode The Kardashians.
“I honestly think timing is everything,” Khloé, 40, said in the confessional, which aired during the Friday, Jan. 17, trailer for the sixth season of the Hulu docuseries, before asking her sister Kim Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner whom she recently saw in person.
Kim (44) and Kris (69) were in shock because Khloé was thinking about Lamar (45). (Khloé and Lamar were married from 2009 to 2013.)
“This is crazy,” Kim joked before Kris tearfully called the NBA alum “the love of (Khloé’s) life.”

In another scene, Lamar is spotted arriving at Khloé’s home carrying a bouquet of red roses.
“I don’t even know this person anymore,” the Good American founder added in a voiceover. “There’s got to be drama in this family.”
She also appeared to engage in a heated exchange with Lamar.
“It’s true,” Khloé declared. “The truth hurts once. A lie hurts more than once.”
Khloé married Lamar in September 2009 after a month of relationshipsoon recording their romance on a Khloé & Lamar Hey! documentary films. The reality TV star filed for divorce four years later, but postponed the request after Lamar was left in a coma after overdose in a legal brothel in Nevada. Khloé served as Lamar’s caregiver while he recovered. She filed for divorce again in May 2016, which was finalized seven months later.
“The reason why I turned to the gym is actually my divorce. I didn’t really know what to do,” Khloé recalled to In style in the profile from 2023 “Of course, in the beginning (you have to) get over that hump that it is very difficult and something so new for you. But I felt so successful. I’m kind of in control, but in life we can’t control everything. But the gym, what I put into it, I know I’ll get out of it. And because I’m a control freak—I’m proud of it—I love having that control.”
Later she continued with Tristan Thompsonwhom she went out and out between 2016 and 2021. They share daughter True, 6, and son Tatum, 2.
Khloé’s family life — and her pivotal 40th birthday — will be among the stories on The Kardashians season 6. The teaser also highlighted Kourtney Kardashian “coming out of retirement,” sisterly feuds, and Kim balancing business endeavors and parenthood with a new love interest.
“I had every intention of being single – I completely lied to you,” Kim said in the confessional. “I don’t date and I don’t want love and attention? I don’t think you know me!”
The Kardashians season 6 premieres Thursday, February 6, on Hulu.
