“She’s enjoying being single and feeling good,” a source exclusively told the latest issue Us Weeklyfour months after Lopez (55) and Affleck’s marriage ended. (Lopez and Affleck later divorced on Jan. 6, according to documents she obtained Our.)
The insider adds that Lopez, who was recently spotted hanging out with Affleck (52) and his 12-year-old son Samuel, has no regrets. (Affleck shares Samuel, Violet, 19, and Seraphina, 16, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. For her part, Lopez is the mother of 16-year-old twins Max and Emma, with whom she also shares her ex-husband Marc Anthony.)
“She was very much in love with Ben, but sometimes love isn’t enough,” says the source. “Things turned out for the best and as they were supposed to.”
For now, the actress is “having fun” while “working on some big film projects and enjoying showing off how amazing she looks.”
Before Lopez and Affleck officially called it quits, the couple worked together movie Unstoppable. While Affleck produced the film through his and longtime friend Matt Damon’s Artists Equity production company, Lopez plays one of the actors on the big screen.

The premiere for the film was supposed to take place on January 7, but was canceled at the last minute due to the Los Angeles wildfires that broke out earlier this month.
“As much as we’ve been looking forward to celebrating this wonderful and inspiring film with you, safety is our number one priority,” an Amazon representative said in a statement to Our included at the time. “We encourage everyone to watch Unstoppable on Prime Video, which will be available globally on January 16. Thank you for your understanding and please take care.”
After tens of thousands of locals were forced to evacuate, several celebrities — including Lopez — stepped up relief efforts. (Lopez also canceled several scheduled media appearances.)
On Monday, January 15, A List took to his Instagram Story to share his gratitude for Lopez’s clothing donation. While calling the donations “generous” and “wonderful,” the company shared that they are “more than grateful” for Lopez’s contribution.
