Directing attention is expensive, not just in the realm of investment. Even for a company trying to launch a new product or explore a partnership, find the right information and do research, it can take weeks and be expensive if they make an educated decision – especially when a third agency and counselors are involved.
New AI startup called Bridgetown research He says he can make a recess at that cost base and accelerate the procedure using AI agents who can perform most of the collection of data and research work that exceed the attention. And as part of this effort, the startup recently raised $ 19 million in a series A round-wrapped Accel and Lightspeed.
Co -founder in December 2023, his executive director Harsh Sahai, former employee and scientist McKinsey and scientist at Amazon, Bridgetown Research built three types of agents AI for whom they can collect information, collect and condense that information and eventually present them in Easily readable format.
Bridgetown exploits very networks that advisers and researchers often use to collect insights: a network of experts in an industry that can provide insight into a particular company or sector. Startup basically collaborates with these professional networks and then uses his AI AI VOICE agent to talk experts for information that the company needs to find for its clients.
“Because insiders don’t have to schedule a call with a human being, they can apply whenever they talk,” Sahai said in an interview. “Instead of talking to a higher executive director, you can talk to people from the middle part, but many more of them … to a much higher extent.”
The second set of agents of Bridgetown then uses large language models (LLMS), along with the grouping and regression tools to interpret the data collected by voice agents and transfer these data to LLMS to summarize the answers. Finally, the third set of agents uses small language models to reproduce interpretation in digestible form, such as a presentation.
Using these agents, the startup says it can produce an initial analysis of a deep check in 24 hours with hundreds of respondents.
Sahai said clients can either use Bridgetown for data collection and insights, or they can rent an independent advisor or a small consultant company to work with agents to get the same quality of analysis as from companies like McKinsey or Bain.
That sounds attractive, but big linguistic models and AI agents built on them still tend to hallucinate – they tend to just do information. So how is the investor for confidence in the research played by AI agent? Sahai says Startup is dealing with his approach to “management and sound”.
This means that, he explained, clients can inspect the data and monitor every step the agent has taken to get to his conclusions, much like AI models of “resonance”. In addition, voice agents record their conversations with experts with whom they interview so that the information can be checked by hand.
He added that AI agents do not rely on one data source. Instead, they collect information from multiple sources, interprets them using large language models, and then use finely adjusted data processing models.
“We haven’t seen our approach before,” Sahai said. “Most platforms leave you to collect the information you need, and then they will process them on your behalf.”
Bridgetown is not the first to fight this opportunity to ease your care – we already have startups like Mako liver and Diligentoq in space. However, Sahai believes that other platforms do not provide enough complete solution.
Bridgetown Research has two UK buyers and a dozen in the US, including high-end capital and risk capital, consulting companies and large corporations engaged in M&A oil, Sahai said.
