Abdullah Mason (17-0, 15 ko) will reportedly fight Giovanni Cabrera in a duel of 10 rounds 5. April. This is a step for a top -notch Mason who promoted his recent victory last Friday night against Manuel Jaimes.

Thaboxingvoice reports that light Freemason, 20-year-old, will fight Cabrera (22-2, 7 KO) in two months. This will be Cabrera’s first fight since William Zeped him in the seventh round of July 6 last year in Ontario in California.
Abdullah looked impressive last Friday, stealing the show with Keyshawn Davis Vs. Denisks Berinchyk Main Event with his fourth round of Manuel Jaimes on Undercard. Mason lowered Jaimes four times in the fight.
This fight will show whether Mason can deal with a cunning boxer who will not be as far away as most of the other 17 opponents he faces during his four -year career.
Mason wants to fight for the world title against one of the four champions in 135, and says he would not avoid fighting one of them if he had been on friendly conditions. Keyshawn and his friend, champion in the lightweight category of WBC Shakur Stevenson, are criticized in boxing for their decision not to fight each other. They don’t want to mess their friendship.
