Haack, 41, took her Instagram stories on Monday, January 13, to share a photo of wood burning in a large bowl. She captioned the post “power down” and added peace sign emojis as well as a wolf and moon – a reference to full Wolf Moon in the sky that night.
The HGTV personality appears to be involved in a wellness practice called “cable cutting,” which energy healer George Lisa recently featured on Goop.com.
“Toxic attachment bonds … are created intentionally over time,” Lizos said. “Most of these connections are made as a result of the time and energy you intentionally spend with others — moments shared and words exchanged. While these connections may have been positive at the beginning of the relationship, they have since become negative as the relationship has deteriorated.”
While Haack was trying to get rid of negative attachments, her ex Hall became official Instagram with a new girlfriend Stephanie Gabrys.
on Monday, Hall updated his Instagram Stories with a picture him and Gabrys cuddling near the fire with the mountains in the background. “Happy 35th to this real life (angel),” Hall captioned the photo, adding an angel emoji and tagging Gabrys.

Meanwhile, Haack discovered that her divorce battle with Hall was intensifying.
“I hear we’re going to trial,” she said on the Thursday, Jan. 9, episode of Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis livestating that Hall “does not want mediation” and concluding that he is not initiating the process.
“It’s going to be fun,” she told the host Jeff Lewis. “I can’t wait.”
Haack and Hall they both filed for divorce in July 2024 after more than two years of marriage.
According to court documents he obtained OurHaack — who hired a divorce attorney Laura Water — requested that neither party receive spousal support and wanted Hall to pay her attorney’s fees. Hall, meanwhile, sought spousal support from his ex and asked her to pay his legal fees.
“(The court hasn’t) ordered me yet, but he asked me for (money),” Haack, who is now supposedly going out businessman Christopher LaRoccastated in her last interview. “I already had to give something, but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live on and he bought a Bentley, but he also doesn’t have a job so.”
Responding to Haack’s latest interview, Hall’s spokesman said Our: “Hall is unavailable for comment as he continues to live his life in the present and celebrate his beautiful new girlfriend’s birthday. With that said, it’s sad that Christina has to resort to low-balling her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. Like a big one Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina all the best.”
Hall’s rep added: “Christina knows nothing about Josh’s life and it’s sad that she continues to speculate. Her accusations are baseless.”
